Palazzo Rosso offers traditional cuisine that marries creative ideas and suggest a refined seafood menu, whose smell of the sea is enhanced by our best products of our greenhouses.

The selection of Sicilian wines allows you to experience tastes of excellent labels of Etna and of other parts of the island with a selection of white, red, frizzy and still, sparkling wines and spirits ODO, DOCG, CDO, PGI, TGI.

The hall derives from an old millstone which has been recently renovated in a stylish and modern location preserving its original characteristics. It has a capacity of 70 seats and offers a corner bar for its guests too. When there is good weather you can take advantage of the garden and the pool where you can enjoy refreshments and banquets.
